“The office of Robert S. Smith has provided me a broad range of guidance in the pursuit of my patents over the last 29 years. This included patents, trademarks, and infringement help along with general counsel on intellectual property contracts and license agreements. As a mechanical engineer, I specialize in environmental related products and processes along with invention development. Robert Smith obtained 17 US Patents for us and allowed us to expand to 4 different corporations. With multiple patented products and income from royalty, we now have the diversity to withstand much of the economic downturn many firms are experiencing. Some of our products can be seen at www.JPCE.com, www.protexfaceshields.com, www.iriproducts.com, www.wdfilters.com, and www.cnfbiofuel.com. I highly recommend Robert Smith as a true professional that provides thorough legal services at very fair and reasonable rates. He fought the Examiners for approval of my patents when I thought all was lost. Thanks to him we turned these patents into useful products and a sound business for my family.”
